Zenon is one of the owners of Prairie's Edge. While often working behind the scenes, he is the numbers guy and helps to determine the feasibility of projects. He also contributes on-site and supports the practical side of development.
Ashley Demers

Ashley leads project planning and management, applications, and grant funding. She also oversees the summer staff and helps ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.
Shelley Caldwell
Sales, Marketing, Finance, and
Administrative Coordinator
Shelley handles in-person tours, buyer communications, marketing initiatives, and bookkeeping, helping ensure a positive and seamless experience for prospective and current lot owners.
