Lorraine Forster
Manager of Sales,
Marketing and Operations
Lorraine is one of the owners of Prairie's Edge Development Corporation. From project planning and management to working hands-on at the site, she plays an active role in bringing each community to life.
Lorraine also runs the Prairie Sky Collective in Humboldt, supports their four children with their own entrepreneurial endeavours, and loves to spend time with her horses.
Zenon Forster
Manager of Financing and
Corporate Development
Zenon is one of the owners of Prairie's Edge. While often working behind the scenes, he is the numbers guy and helps to determine the feasibility of projects. He also contributes on-site and supports the practical side of development.
Zenon also instills ethical animal husbandry in their children as they help care for their farm animals. He enjoys spending family time at their St. Brieux cabin, as well as ice fishing with the kids on Lake Diefenbaker.
Ashley Demers
Production and
Project Manager
Ashley leads project planning and management, applications, and grant funding. She also oversees the summer staff and helps ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.
Ashley grew up in Middle Lake and was a summer student at Prairie's Edge's Lucien Lake development for several years before joining the team full time.
Shelley Caldwell
Sales, Marketing, Finance, and
Administrative Coordinator
Shelley handles in-person tours, buyer communications, marketing initiatives, and bookkeeping, helping ensure a positive and seamless experience for prospective and current lot owners.
Shelley grew up in Central Butte, not too far from the Sunset Beach development, and still spends a lot of her spare time in the Lake Diefenbaker area.
