- Lakefront lots offer direct water views and convenient lake access. Some lakefront lots include private wells and wastewater tanks.
- Second-row lakeview lots offer fantastic views and quick access to trails and beach access. These spacious lots offer flexible planning and many possibilities.
- Parkside interior lots are a walkable distance to community amenities and already include the infrastructure you need, making them perfect for an RV or park model.

- Spacious lots: Starting at 20 x 30 m. Many lakefront and 2nd row lots are 30 x 40 m or larger

Purchase Process
Ready to join the Sunset Beach community?
- Email shelley@sunsetbeachforsale.ca to confirm the lot you want to purchase. She will reply with the list of information needed to confirm for the sales paperwork (names, contact info, possession date, etc.).
- E-transfer a $1000 non-refundable deposit to info@sunsetbeachforsale.ca (this will be applied to your purchase price and is required to start the sales paperwork).
- Our lawyer will send the offer to purchase and building specifications document to your lawyer for you to sign.
- If you wish to take possession within 3 weeks, then no further deposit is required and the remaining balance will be due by the possession date. If you with to delay possession longer than 3 weeks, then we require an additional 10% non-refundable deposit to be held in trust with our lawyer until the remaining balance is paid by the possession date.
- Once the balance of payment has been received, title will be transferred to you and the lot is yours!
- We will send a welcome letter with information about the Sunset Beach community, local contractors, permits, boat launch use, etc.
