By completing and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read the Terms and Conditions attached hereto and that the terms of the same are hereby incorporated into this agreement and form an integral part of this agreement. I agree to be bound by the Prairie’s Edge Development Corporation/Sunset Beach Terms and Conditions. I further agree:
I, THE UNDERSIGNED, ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS AND THAT I FULLY AGREE WITH ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY I AM KNOWINGLY AND WILLINGLY AGREEING TO RELEASE PRAIRIE’S EDGE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FROM ALL LIABILITIES INCIDENT TO MY USE OF THE PARKING AREA AND ASSOCIATED AMENITIES INCLUDING, OF ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY SAID PERSON OR OTHERWISE.
This agreement is to be binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, in the event of my death or incapacity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I HAVE ENTERED MY NAME BELOW, in agreement with the terms and conditions hereof.
1.0 This parking area is an unsupervised, unmonitored location. Prairie’s Edge Development Corporation and affiliates will not be held responsible for any theft or damages to any trailers or other items left in this location.
2.0 This is a temporary parking area for the 2024 summer season. It is not intended to be used as a long term or year round parking area. All trailers and any other items must be removed from the area no later than October 15, 2024.
3.0 Prairie’s Edge Development Corporation makes no promises or guarantees that this parking area, or any other parking area, will be available the following year or anytime in the future.
4.0 Prairie’s Edge Development Corporation reserves the right to cancel this agreement for any reason whatsoever, that Prairie’s Edge Development Corporation, in its sole discretion determines. In the event of cancellation of the agreement, there shall be no right of refund, abatement, adjustment, or compensation to the Lessee.
5.0 Prairie’s Edge Development Corporation requires the license plate number of the trailer that will be parked in this area. Please enter it below:
